Kay is one of the newer members of our Greystone family. She came here from Pennsylvannia a little over a year ago as a short stirrup rider with a green thoroughbred horse named Just Right (Rye). Although Kay's riding basics were very good, her unpredictable mount seemed to send her to the ground more often then we liked. However, thru training and hard work, Kay and Rye have now moved into the Pre-children's division with great success. He now longer puts Kay on the ground on a regular basis (although once in a while he has to keep her on her toes). Both have come a long way over the past year.

Kay is a great person to have in the barn. She is always helpful and cheerful and can be counted on to ride the extra horse or help the lesson students tack up, except maybe during Lacrosse which is her other sport of choice.

We are looking foward to seeing Kay and Rye in the winners circle often in the upcoming season.
