What a week for Team Greystone at Sussex County Fair Horse Show! ♥️ We had so many great rides, ribbons, championships, and accomplishments to celebrate throughout the week! 🏆 Luna McCann & Flying Spur — Champion Outreach Cross Rail Hunters, with a 1st, 2nd, 7th & 8th! 🥈 Genevieve Keller & My Lucky Day — Reserve Champion Outreach Cross Rail Hunters, earning a 1st and two 5ths! 💙 Charlotte Codi & Montana — Brought home blue ribbons in Outreach Lead Line! 🥈 Alana Bessette & Book Club — Reserve Champion Outreach Short Stirrup Equitation, highlighted by a 1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th! They also earned a 7th in the Short Stirrup Hunters and competed in the $250 Low & Slow Hunter Derby! 🥈 Quinn Heinzelman & Montana — Reserve Champion Outreach Mini Stirrup, with a 5th in the Ground Poles and two 8ths in the Equitation! 🥈 Scarlett Phillips & Every Penny Counts — Reserve Champion Outreach .90m Preliminary Jumpers and WINNERS of the Classic! 🥇🏆 They also earned a 3rd & 9th in the .90m jumpers, a 6th in the .80m Low Preliminary Jumpers, and took on the Mini Prix! 💙 Annie Keller & My Lucky Day — 1st in the USHJA 2’ Hunters and competed in the $1,000 Non-Pro Hunter N Go Derby! ✨ Kira Begle & Foxworthy Magic Beans — 5th in the $1,000 Non-Pro Hunter N Go Derby! ✨ Ella Nyland & Revelatory — had a great week in the Outreach Modified/Sussex Equitation, bringing home ribbons and putting in some great rounds! ✨ Katelyn Lazier & Spa City Princess — 5th in the $500 Outreach .70m Jumper Classic, along with more great rounds in the jumper ring! ✨ Viviana Devita & Six More Weeks — brought home four 8th-place ribbons in the Low Child Pony Equitation 2’! ✨Vada Del Moro & Montana — took on the Outreach Cross Rail Hunters, putting in great rounds and brought home 2nd out of a large group! 🐶 And Boo Bear even joined in on the fun outside of the jumper ring, in the Canine King & Queen Contest! A huge congratulations to all of our riders on a successful week at Sussex! We are so proud of the progress, teamwork, and great riding from this crew. 💚🐴

Every rider showed determination, sportsmanship, and perseverance despite the rain. We couldn’t be more proud of our team and all of our incredible horses. ✨ What an incredible week at Pony Finals 2026 in Kentucky! ✨ We couldn’t be prouder of our Greystone Stables crew and all they accomplished throughout a long, hot, and incredibly exciting week! 🦄💙 🥉 Avery Rogowski & My Cheddar Half — Bronze finish in Medium Team and 9th Overall, with only 4 faults all week! Avery also had an incredible trip in the Pony Medal, earning compliments from the commentators along the way. What a week for this pair! 🥉 Izzy Eggenberg & Helicon Hopscotch — Bronze finish in Large Team and 15th Overall, also finishing the week with only 4 faults. They were also 3rd Overall Welsh! 👏 🌟 Birdie Rogowski & N.E.A. Forget Me Not — A true learning experience for this pair, with only two weeks of preparation heading into Pony Finals. Birdie came out of the ring with the biggest smile, and we wouldn’t have wanted Stormie to experience her first Pony Finals with anyone else. So much to be proud of! A huge thank you to Cam, Adam, and Jody for being such great sports and teammates through the long, hot week. We’re also so grateful to our friends from H&H Equestrian and Lauren Stevens for making the week even more fun! 💙 And a special shoutout to our lease pony Woodland’s Churchill and his lessee Sydney Geave on a fantastic first Pony Finals! 👏 All first-time pairs, and all jobs well done. ✨ A VERY belated Rock Tavern recap! ✨ Somehow, between getting home from Rock Tavern at 11 PM on July 7th and giving birth to a baby by 8 AM the next morning, I completely forgot to post about what an amazing show it was! 😂 So, better late than never! We had SO many great rides and accomplishments from our Greystone crew: 🐴 Serenity Riptide & Katie Lazier made their first away show ever! Serenity handled everything like a total pro — tied to the trailer, navigating a very chaotic ring, and taking it all in stride. She absolutely exceeded our expectations! 🏆 My Lucky Day & Annie Keller were Champion and Reserve Champion in the 2’ Junior/Amateur! 🎀 Nora Deramo & Adam Moraski both brought home great ribbons in Leadline. 🌟 Quinn Heinzelman & Montana had great ribbons in the Mini Stirrup. 🏆🏆 My Lucky Day & Evie Keller were Double Champions in the Modified divisions! 🥈 Raelynn Ferretti was Reserve Champion in the Modified. 🎀 Luna McCann & Flying Spur and Vada Del Moro & My Summer Salsa both had great ribbons in the Modifieds. 🍗 Chicken Nugget stepped in for Rocco with Parker Rogowski, and they came home Champion and Reserve Champion in the Short Stirrup! ✨ Xienna Gaston & Bedtime Kisses had great rides in the Pre-Equitation. We are so proud of every horse and rider who came out and represented Greystone Stables! ❤️ And a HUGE thank you to everyone who stayed late, helped with horses, helped get everything packed up, and made sure we got home safely. We truly couldn’t do it without our amazing barn family! Looking back, we’re pretty sure getting home at 11 PM and having a baby by 8 AM was my most impressive accomplishment to date… 😂👶🏼 Better late than never — congratulations to all of our riders 🫶🏻

When we went on a barn trip and I took home two Chincoteague ponies… and then this one has only cantered a handful of times and never been off property and does this!! I definitely made the right decision! 🫶🏻
